Our Policies

Together with the directors, the Board Chair is in charge of the management, growth, and performance of the Board. They are also accountable for keeping records on the Corporation's progress through routine communication with the Chairman and CEO and ensuring that the Board consistently receives reports on the status of the Corporation's business and operations, including developments related to profits, liquidity, and significant contractual matters.

The Policy Committee consists of three Board members, each of whom is independent and financially literate. The Policy committee reviews and reports to the Board on the integrity of the consolidated financial statements of the Corporation. The Policy Committee ensures Karbonate Minerals Corp. has designed and implemented effective internal financial controls and reviews the compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements as they related to the financial statements, taxation matters and disclosure of material facts.
