Karbonate Minerals Corp. Appoint Samuel Charlesworth as Non-Executive CFO

Karbonate Minerals Corp. are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Samuel Charlesworth as Non-Executive CFO, with immediate effect.

Mr. Charlesworth joins the company at a pivotal time in the company's history and will report directly to Mr. Charles Nadeau, the company's current Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

The appointment has been made to assist the current senior management while the company address some internal restructuring.

Mr. Charlesworth brings with him a wealth of experience, gained in the financial arena, and has over 30 years of experience in corporate and financial management, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. He was the Vice President of a large Canadian Energy Holdings company since January 2018, where he was responsible for overseeing the group's strategic development, capital operations, investment and financing.

As at the date of this announcement, Mr. Charlesworth does not hold any directorships in other public companies, the securities of which are listed on any securities market in Canada or overseas nor have any interest in the shares, underlying shares or debentures of Karbonate Minerals Corp. or any of its associated corporations.

Mr. Charlesworth's appointment was unanimously voted in favor of by the board.
